Mark your calendar for FUBU! "For Us By Us" is a fun-filled, annual, all-girls event hosted by yours truly near the end of August. Participants partake in a chill cruise, a party or two, and a few competitions held in an awesome, supportive environment. Though the competitive portions only pertain to girls, guys are still welcome to come out and enjoy the beautiful weather, food, and music with us. The stoke has been spreading: every year more ladies come out from all over Ontario and the US to put their longboarding skills to the test.
who we are
Founded in 2011, Toronto Girls Longboarding has united ladies all across the GTA who share a love of longboarding. Whether you bomb hills, dance, slide, or even just love a relaxing cruise, we're here so you can find other girls to skate with. There are a lot of different GTA facebook groups to follow, so we've compiled a list here to make it easier to find a crew for the style of riding you're interested in. We update our facebook events page with a lot of the latest longboarding events happening in the city (including our very own, all-girl, Push Monthly Session), so follow us to stay up to date on where we'll be. We also organize Longboard Girls Crew Canada's national Instagram and we love seeing pictures of ladies shredding, so, wherever you are in Canada, tag us in your posts!
